FormulaAIGenie is a web-based service that provides AI-powered assistance for fixing and generating Excel and Google Sheets formulas. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

3. Free and Premium Plans

FormulaAIGenie offers:

• Free Plan: 10 uses per day
• Premium Plan: Unlimited uses via monthly subscription ($10.00/month)

We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features at any time with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Verify the accuracy of generated formulas before use
• Not use the service to generate malicious or harmful content

5. Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dodo Payments account or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

FormulaAIGenie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in generated formulas
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Any damages resulting from use of our service

8. Intellectual Property

The FormulaAIGenie service, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
